Sup. Just recently made a PvP/PvM WindDruid build and I need comments and criticism.

Gear (With important mods listed):
Shako (Socket: ???)
Heart of the Oak Flail(40%FCR, +31 Resists)
Enigma Archon Plate
Mara's Kaldeioscope (+24 Resists)
2x Stone of Jordan
Stormshield (Socket: ???)
Trang Gloves(+30 Cold Resists*, 20%FCR)
Sanstorm Trek(+51 Poison Resists, Non Eth)
Weapon Switch
Call to Arms(+3 Battle Orders)
Lidless Wall
Absorb/Misc Gear
Ravenfrost(Can not be frozen)
2x Wisp Projectors(15-18 Lightning Absorb)
2x Rare FCR Rings(I'll post mods later)
Rising Sun Amulet
Annilus(I'll post mods later)
Magic Elemental Amulet(+3 Elemental Skills, +88 Life)

Stat Points:
Strength: 105**
Dexterity: Enough for max blocking at level 99
Vitality: The rest
Energy: None

*For use against cold sorcs with a high level of cold mastery.
**I just made it 105 because I was too lazy to calculate the strength from items.

It's basically the same as fenris's old windy guide...where he suggested the 100+ strength...with the updated one...that's now only 65 I believe in it.

Otherwise...it looks fine... though don't know if the soj's are really needed...2 rare ring's with 10 fcr and with other stats would help with the fcr break point.

Also...you didn't list a belt...so I'll guess it's a arachind mesh or gloom's...and you didn't say what realm your on when you listed your account/character.

ive been hangin around this forum for awhile and now im trying to start a wind druid. i know wat the top items are from fenris's guide but wat whould be cheaper replacements for hoto and enigma(still trying to get jah). i could get the other items with time but for now wat are good replacements?

also any tips on lvling thru the begining is apreciated(i have no wind skills at the moment...only at lvl 8)

Arachnid's Belt but using Tgods for now until I get to level 80. USEast Realm on NonLadder.

All the less expensive gear is listed in Fenris' guide. Its in the gear section. He also has a leveling guide.

you like that sexy archon look, but the req. str means less points into dex/vit. my build doesnt care of looks but effectivness. My druid opt for a dusk enigma so it has very low str. I prefer dusk over mage/breast plate because of defence.

Those that dont care about defence often use breast plate with base str. giving them a very good leverage in allocation of dex/vit stat points.

Good thing you use that dusk for another 300ish def. Otherwise someone might hit you with a melee attack :O. Oh....wait..they will anyway. ;)
