Which should I use for a Rabies/Fury build... I know most guides ar NL and don't take Cerebus into mind... I have a nice one... is it more appropriate due to OW and big + to AR?

I think Resist and FHR are a lot more important than openwounds and AR% in most circumstances, but you should probably outline what you want to do with your Fury/Rabies Druid. For melee the openwounds may come into play, but against a caster, one bite will probably kill them with or without the bleeding.

I was thinking about this... and since I have rabies... the OW really won't be to much of a gain for the loss in FHR and Res and the like... Jalals it is.

the only application where I have found Cere to be more useful than jalals is on a fire claws/maul bear hybrid that uses stone armor. Shael cere and you have the fhr breakpoint.

Maybe it deserves a spot in my stash...

I would only use Cerebrus if my build has decent FHR, Resist, DR, Defence, AR, IAS. If you cant maintain a balanced amount of the things list above then use Jahals. If your lacking in AR, use Cerebrus. If you build depends on Open Wounds use Cerebrus.
