I had always thought that the max FCR you could get on any amulet, including crafted ones, was 10%. However, in a trading game, some guy had one with +16% FCR. So I'm guessing there was a 6% FCR from the auto-craft mod (5-10% FCR), plus the "of the apprentice" suffix (10% FCR) mod was rolled as one of the random mods. So that means you could get up to 20% FCR on a crafted ammy, right? And the only way you could get over 10% FCR on an ammy is on a crafted one?

Arrgg, time to throw out all of the piece-of-junk +2 skills, +120 mana, 35% MF, 30% resist all crafted amulets that I have with only 10% FCR. :)

Now, if only we could craft +skills on rings like back in the good ol' days.

I believe that 15% FCR is the max. I am sure that the 16 is because the "5" and the "6" are so close in shape to each other in the game screen that any player not exparienced may confuse them.

10% craft mod ( auto mod of sorts) + of the apprentice suffix = 20% faster cast. Its completely possible.
