i am on us west. I have found a trap FERAL CLAW with mods 2 assasin skills/40ias/3 lighting sentry/ minor mods and skills / 1 open socket. Is this anyuse? enough speed for trap?

Edit - You'll need a total of 63% IAS to reach 9 Frame on that Claw, if i've figured it out correctly.
