Thoughts on a Possibly-Godly Hybrid Claw?

Well I traded for these Runic Talons a couple weeks ago and after consulting a few people and finding that they're very good I decided to ask the Assasin Forum.
Any of those Whirlwind Trap Hybrid's out there should appreciate it-

Runic Talons
+3 Cloak of Shadows
+3 Lightning Sentury
+3 Mindblast
(3 Sockets)

Perfect for a Fury or a Chaos?

That claw looks perfect for a K/T hybrid. Your choice between fury and chaos, but very sweet. Being a Runic, it won't be as strong as, say, a Suwayyah in terms of damage.

I think it's the fact that it has a -30 base speed, the same as a phase blade, meaning that only an additional +30% IAS is needed for max kicking (I actually think I'm wrong on that.. Can someone confirm.)

Basically, what's special about them though is that they are the fastest base speed claws, which indeed would be great for a type of hybred that involves kicks.. :)
