Is the damage reduce from that armor a % reduction, like for example, the 35% from Stormshield? or is it a fixed number, like the 20 lightning absorb on Thundergod's Vigor belt?

It should be noted that damage reduction from physical attacks is capped at 50% for PvM (player versus monster). A perfect String of Ears (15% damage reduction) and a Rockstopper Sallet (10%) + a Shaftstop (30%) + Stormshield (35%) will still just give you 50%, regardless of what physical attack is used.

I've already knew that buddy, and I guess it`s capped at 50% for PvP too.
