My Trapper Is Converting...

Well not technically of course, im making another but anyway-
I want to recreate my High-Vita Trapper into a Weapon/Shield Build.

Im thinking this Gear:

Helm: 'Um' Harlequin Crest Shako
Weapon: Heart of the Oak Flail *40 Resist*
Shield: Sanctuary / Storm-Shield
Jewelry-
Rings: Nature's Peace/ Stone of Jordan
Amulet: Crafted Sin Amulet with +2 skills and FCR/ Storm Hide/ Cast Ammy
Belt: Arachnid's Mesh
Boots:Grim Spur Boots (20 Fhr, and Decent Resist, str/dex) or legit equivalent.
Gloves: Magefist Gauntlets/ Blood Fist for Trapper Vs. Trapper

Weapon Switch:
Call to Arms + Lidless

Inventory:
10 Trap GC's :

Life: 34/33/24/24/22/19/15
FHR: I need of but I was thinking 2 of these?

Anni 16+/x/x
6x 20 life Sc's
1x Mana/Life Sc
2x 5 fhr sc's or Small Resist/FHR

That's the Gear.
About the Shield, I was thinking SS is good- DR, Decent Resist, and Block.
Sanctuary has Mass Resist though, and DR isn't that important to me.
What do you guys think?

As for Amulet I dont craft nor do I know anyone who owns a +2 Skill 20 FCR Assasin Amulet (If you do LMK!).
I don't like the thought of Storm Hide because although it has big bonuses it has no fcr. I have a FCR amulet but wouldn't want to resort to it.

I want Max Trap laying Speed, with this build I don't need to worry about Resist from Fade so I will use BoS to reach the Breakpoint. I think with this gear I will have perfect Resist in Hell easily.
I want to do 10k+ at least, and have 2.2k+ life without BO.

If I get the the Crafted Amulet I'll have 100% (80 with Bloodfist) FCR which is awesome, and with 2x 12 fhr + Sc's +Blood Fist+ Grim Spurs I will have 84 FHR.
Which will make one hell of a Trapper vs. trapper Build.


If anyone can answer the questions following my gear section, and or would like to add any input, im new to Weapon Shield Builds so feel free.

ancient's pledge is a easy sheild to make and has decent resistance/and def

uses common runes
Ral+Ort+Tal
just a matter of finding a good shield to start with

i don't need Ancients pledge when i got a sanctuary or SS :-P.

why do u choose nature peace ring? Mind explain to me?
For rings : i would prefer bk/soj or soj/raven combo.

Also if it is one more thing I can use to tank a Fist of Heavens or Fireball-gg.

As for Heart of the Oak Vs. WizSpike:

Hoto:
+3 Skills
+40 Resist
+40% FCR

Wizzy:
+75 Resist
+50% FCR
+0 Skills

Well, my main argument in my particuliar case is if I can obtain Perfect Resist without Wizspike...then is 10% more FCR going to outweigh +3 Skills ?
(which I need for 10k Damage)

Isnt fcr bps at 65 and 102? (Retorical question, i know they are.) You need 2 more fcr for your bp. Either, you have to sacrifce a ring or your hoto for wizzy. Or shako for some circlet with fast cast.

Btw, the armor, I cant see you mentioning it, is it Enigma?

but i thought u weren't going to put such a emphasis on life. So switch natures with like a soj or fcr ring.

Well the FCR problem will be fixed soon...Im getting an 08. Valk Wing which is +30% more FCR :clap:.
Also, the Nature's Peace isn't main set-up guys, I usually use Soj+ Soj for mana or Soj + Bul-Katho's.
Nature's is for certain matchups.

I plan on having 9 frame laying, and I'll easily hit the 102% BP, does anyone know the next breakpoint?
