How many sockets can magical items get from lazurk?

I'm not sure about this, but in 1.09 if you were lucky you could get 2 sockets, if not, then 1

But that was in 1.09... I would also like to find out how many you can get

Normal/sup/eth :

ilvl >41 = max sockets for that given item
ilvl <41 = http://www.diabloii.net/items/sockets-list.shtml (range changed to 1-25, 26-40, 41+) (all "circlet" types are wrong in this list)

You get either 1 or 2 sockets, I think with a 50% chance for both.

So according to that list, a War Fist WILL get 2 sockets? Or is it still the 50/50 chance?

As Cujo stated, it depends what quality the item is. The linked list is just for normal items.

If it is a magic (blue) War Fist, it'll be a 50/50 chance.
If it is a normal or Superior (white) War Fist, it will get 2 from Larzuk every time.
