Don't quote me, but here goes:

1-15 damage
adds 1-40 lightning damage
+40 attack rating
40% increased attack speed (it does have alot of IAS, and I think it's either 40% of 60%)
6% mana leech
150% enhanced damage to undead

I also seem to remember that it had life leech, like around 6%, but could be wrong.

The main use of it is that it has no strength/dex or level requirement, so you can equip at level 1.

Its pretty good starter weapon.

Yea, best part is there are no str or lvl requirements on it. If you can't get enchanted, then this is the way to go to lvl 15, after that, most chars can handle themselves.

You should specify if you mean Khalims Flail or Khalims WILL. They're different. If you're using it for a new character, use Khalims WILL, it has no requirements. It's a must have for any new charcter, it'll kill just about anything in Act 1-2
