2x soj (1 soj, 1 BK5 sometimes)
maras
arach
trang gloves
shadow dancer
homu
hoto
Rare circlet (+2 nec skills, 20 fcr, 25 all res, 34 mana, lvl 1 bone spirit)

Means I have 100 fcr... Should I aim for more fcr or maybe more fhr?
How does it look?

With 86% fhr you should be okay in all duels. With 125% fcr you should be okay in all duels. You now have 100% fcr, so when you need to get the extra 25%, swap to some fcr gear. Ideal would be caster amu with +2 necro and +20% fcr, with res/mana/life/stuff. Your fhr is 30% if I counted right which is over the 26% (9 frame) breakpoint but still you should get better. 39% for 8 frames, 56% for 7 frames and 86% for 6 frames. Against trappers and such fhr is vital so at least have 56% fhr. You didn't specify your fhr from charms, but you can get 12% fhr from gcs (along with skiller), 8% from large charms and 5% from small charms. Resses seem to be in perfect case 65 all except 75 for cold in hell. With anni you can get that 75 all res in hell easy. Just my thoughts, just try dueling with it and you'll see what the weak points are.

Either get a Darkforce; or a really nice Amulet with FCR and 2/1 FCR Rings.
Why Shadow Dancers...? The STR Req easily outweighs Dex bonuses.

If you have max block already with Homon, use a FCR ammy and use 1 or 2 FCR rings to hit the 125 fcr mark. If you did not max block, get a darkforce.

Also, use silkweaves or sandstorm for boots.

125 is a very good fcr break point since it lets you cast like mad.
i think caster rings are much better than sojs since bones already do more than enough damage.

sojs will give you higher lvl bo thus more life,mana, and damage.(stronger golem for minion stacking also) I'd go with sojs and darkforce for nvn or agaisnt hammerdins.

marlsalsis recently ran into a VERY nice caster ring (rauth saw ;)) it was like 10% fcr, massive dex, lotsa mana and resist i think. legit too since he found it in a hell run game. :O

to tell the truth i really dont care too much about dupes. i just stay away from em if i can. i had 1 3/20/20 on aa-tifa and it poofed after 1 game. which is one of the reasons i was so obsessed with 08 valk but never got one (at one point in my life i coulda gotten it too :P)

If you already have max block, then go for two caster rings and a caster amulet and keep wearing the homunculus. It's just a great feeling being able to tank many hits from Pallys, Zons, and Barbs. However, if you don't have max block, then you might as well do what Chris said and just go for Darkforce, two Sojs, and a Maras since it will boost your damage, and BO which will boost your life/mana.

Compare imps to shadows.

Imps- res(don't need) fhr(shadows has more) frw(shadows has same) str boost( already have enough). Not really worse, but not really better for me either. I'd rather be a bit different then every other windy. For other classes that need res badly, imps are nice I guess.

like 60+30+20...about perfect? so that's 110...you still don't have enough if you use base STR IIRC...Shadows req 150+ Str?

My old necro used to get 125fcr with this:

Ammy: 20 (stormcirclet, east ammy)
Ring: 10 (bonemaster, east ring)
Hoto: 40
arach: 20
mages: 20
circlet: 20

I suppose you can replace ring with soj and ammy with maras and use darkforce instead of homunc.

I'm about 20 off base and shadows add 23 dex. No loss in stats really.

Sitting at 4.3k life with few life ele charms. 35/35/33. Thats about it.
