I was wondering with all these super fast attack speed builds out there, I was wondering if you could make a Fireworks Druid. Fireworks Zons try to put as many chance to cast on striking mods on their attacks so a bunch of pretty attacks go off often. Now I was thinking that because of synergies you could make this be a way to deal real damage instead of just look pretty.
Its kinda a way to "cast" elemental spells in Wereform. Since they go off with chance to cast on attacking.
It also might be a way around casting delay??? Since when the % to hit goes off a new spell is cast regardless of what the casting delay should be.
Items that I'm currently lookingat:
Doom 5% to cast Level 18 Volcano
Hellmouth Gloves 4% to cast Level 12 Firestorm
Flamebellow 12% to cast Level 16 Firestorm
Earthshifter 25% to cast Level 14 Fissure (this has a lot of appeal since Fissure should be able to go off so much more often than normally it can be cast and Earthshifter will grant +7 which could significantly boost armeggedon damage.
Of course the builds above would love using Fireclaws to add damage. Interestingly WB's are faster than WW's attacking with FC with really quick weapons, but with the weapon speeds capable of these weapons, WW's will be able to attack with FC at a faster FPA rate.
The WIND SKILLS:
Windhammer 33% cast level 22 Twister, plus there crushing blow and a good amount of base IAS
Stormlash 20% cast Level 18 Tornado. This would be a ridiculous damage and grant access to CB and static. -- Theoretically amazing (1500 damage/Tornado hit) and its boosted by Cyclone armor which you can use. And if you are willing to unshift with this often you can have Hurricane always active. (think windrabies build without any points in Tornado, that likes to be in Wolf mode a lot more.)
