OK, let's just suppose...

I've managed to not play for nearly a month now. But as many predicted to me when I quit, my resolve is weakening. I was tempted this weekend to re-install the game, as I finanlly got some down-time to goof-off a little.

So, supposing I were to get back on, and supposing that some of my mules might still be there, there were a couple of builds I never got to Guardian that I wanted to try- but they're both pretty item dependent: an IK conc barb or a witchy strafezon. The question for my esteemed colleagues here is this:

which of these would be harder to collect the items for, vs. which is more "survivable" & easier to level playing solo?

IF my armor mule is still there, he has the IK armor. The rest of it shouldn't be too hard to scrounge up. The last time I tried to make one, he died to NM Lister (ES/FE/CE, as I recall...hence I still have the armor- he never got to wear it - :P ). What do you guys do with your meleers against FE Lister? Run?

The other is the strafezon, but the last one I made died to lag, and lost her witchy with it. So one of those can't be too hard to find, but the idea of standing still (strafing) again while getting pummeled by dolls and lagging is still in my mind- it was the last death I had.

So, would you:

(a) resist the temptation, have your friends hide your discs, and forget about it, and maybe move to Canada (see posts on recent elections :lol: )

(b) give in, try to make the ultra-cool looking IK barb,

(c) give in, try another shot at the strafer, look for witchy and all the crap she needs, and try to not go down to Mephu's pad while you're lagging?

Maybe I should just clean up the nebby-cave....

I think someone posted that they'd move to Canada if Kerry won, that'd be hilarious because like I stated before...I have never ever met a Canadian supporter of GW.

IK armour is the only hard part to get. Yes 76 is a long way to go and you need some decent stuff to get you there.
