i made my zeal pala for PvM but an trap assa came in and tried to PK the whole party...
he/she killed everyone except me

but his/her traps didnt hurt me...

then he/she called me Godly and left the game!!!

i was wondering if i should lvl my pala up more and make him PvP?

Do it. I would be prepared to be crushed again and again if I were you though. ;)

Believe it or not, people that go around picking on pvmers are not the best duelers. In fact, they are worse than the worst of normal duelers if they go around trying to pk pvmers in non-hc.

If you already had on something like Guardian Angel armor and a TGods to protect you from souls, then her traps wouldnt do any damage really.
I wouldnt get to carried away if that was the case, and turn your PvM into a PvP char. You'll have a hardtime against most things made for PvP.

I go and pk Den or Baal games with my sin when I'm bored, not because I'm a bad dueler but because I'm a bastard :thumbsup:

You can probably turn your pvm into an ok pvp char, your still fairly low lvl. You should list what items you were wearing.
If you play on west ladder and want to test the dmg of a pvp trapper, not a duel just so you can see the dmg, then feel free to whisper me.

Trappers are a disgrace to pvp, I always NK and absorb any trapper I come across. Most satisfying thing is to run out of town to get hit by 10 traps for about 10 damage and hear them say: "OMFG noob absorb, can't win without it? haha"

this story is sounding fishier and fishier :grrr:

umm maybe the other guys in the game had no equipment on since they were tweaking their chars, maybe the trapsin really sucked but managed to kill the other people

i dunno if you made a game "i own u kk" i'm sure some trapsin would join and would provide a bigger beating then what you experienced

Hackers are a disgrace to all living things, I always pwn and nk any hacker I come across. Most satisfying thing is watching them cry just because they can't even a legit player like me with all their hacks and hear them say:" OMFG noob let me turn my god mode on."

It's funny because he CAN'T win without the absorb making them right. I love it....

Can't you guys just let him have his glory? Geez he got his first taste of 'dueling'...what's so bad if he faced some weirdo Assn...maybe she was some newb and just maxed LS without any Synergies...and maybe all the other chars had bad Res since they were leveling...

when the PKing trapsin came in the game i was the lowest level there.
we were all in den of evil and she owned everyone except me....

so i ran upto her and gave a taste of good ol' zeal and left her ego battered =)

sorry for the stupid story =) :thumbsup:

I would advise checking out some of the guides around the forums here. If you can afford the items for a setup, then make it. Pvp is pretty damn fun.

Except when you get owned by lvl 2 and a half smiters with no shield!

Anyways, the assassin was either 1 extremly stupid or 2 just messing around. a good PKer would have owned you easily.

You didn't read rain of chaos's hammerdin guide.... Go find it if it's still here then you can just pull your foot out of your mouth.

I'll sum it up for you incase you can't find it.

Rain of chaos's hammerdin strategy vs any sort of element=absorb them completly and entirely until they not only do no damage but heal you because if you make any char that uses an element you are of course an idiot.

Whenever I think of chaos I can't help but think of the hammerdin who can't aim for **** teleing around trying to hit a sorc thats doing like 20 damage a pop to him and he is forced to run back to town and heal.
