I got a BoTD Collusus Sword and I was wondering what Barb build would yield the best results. Mostly in terms of damage, but all input would help.

Well if you plan on doing PvP..most people prefer to use WW, good dmg, and is pretty mean, others would use a Conc build, which is more a defensive build, that is magnificent vs non-WW chars..just depends on preference

You must mean colossus blade, since colossus sword can only have 5 sockets.

Since its base speed is 5 vs a berserker axe's 0, it is best suited to ww. It hits the last bp with ww, but has a harder time reaching the same bp's as a botd zerker for all other skills.

I still say ww is your best best with the sword. It isn't as handicapped, if you can call a botd anything handicapped, compared to a botd zerker axe in ww compared to all the other skills.

I agree. This is what I was thinking:

20-Shout
20-BO
20-Mastery
20-WW
1-Berserk
1-pre reqs

Then I was thinking to dump the rest into Concentrate since BO synergies with it.

I also decided on going sword/shield as well. Also, what's a good damage output with 1 handed BoTD?

pvp or pvm, ww is the best imo

conc is more used as build to be able to stay alive & kill without all those kicky runewords

& i would suggest to put the rest in iron skin :)

Seconding Iron Skin. No use pumping two combat skills when you'll only really use one.

That statement is 100% wrong. A lot of them are dupes .. but at least one legit zod had to drop in order to dupe it .. which would mean 100% is wrong.

plus, my friend made one last ladder season completely out of self-found and cubed zerker and runes. he rolled it 354/13 but hey, it was mad legit and i still have it.

he also made a tmaul botd and an enigma. also self-found and cubed.

go figure. :scratch:
