Looking for eth yari barb suggestions/advice

Ok, I did a search for, "eth yari" and "yari barb" and got nothing for either. So I was wondering if someone would be so kind as to direct me to a guide for an eth yari ww'er or post some suggestions here. Thanks.

Lvl 37

Weapon: Ethereal Hone Sundan with 3 shaels
Armour: Artisan's of Whale with 3x ed jewels
Amulet, rings: Angelics. Alternatives: Mahim Oak + nice rare ar/stat rings
Gloves: IK
Belt: IK or SOE
Boots: IK or Waterwalks
Helm: Guillaume's or +3bo/+3ww barb helm with ed jewels
Switch: +2 bo weapons

Skills: max ww and bo for lvl, some in hone sundan mastery (?spear)

8 hits per whirl! A truly evil build.

Also, a tip: search the hardcore forum only for "hone sundan eth" and you'll see some posts.

Edit: Razortail is another belt option.

Thanks cleg, now I just need to go look up the ww bp, b/c if I can hit it with 3x ed/ias more damage ^^

I think the consensus was that you needed 3 shaels. That's all I remember now, lol.

Well, godisalone, 37 eth yari barbs are quite strong in under 50 dueling.

As I said, look up the hardcore forum only (keywords - hone sundan eth), not PvP forum, as here, everyone seems only to care about high lvl sc dueling.

Jbshifter, there is an excellent whirlwind guide here (http://www.rpgforums.net/showthread.php?t=191483) by gmoura. It's the standard barb whirlwind build, it even has some tips on pvp. He doesn't mention the hone sundan spear though :(

It's a powerful ww weapon when etheral and uped, something like 100-700 base damage with a range of 5 and 45 crushing blow :D. Do make sure you put 3 shaels in though as that's the only way to reach the last breakpoint.

Boyrobot, I assume he is making a level 37ish dueler, because there are better options for a Whirlwind barb once you get over 48ish...

And godisalone, eth hone sudaner WW barbs (level 37-39ish) are pretty damn effective. Sure, they dont kill botd barbs... we are not talking "kill anything" we are talking "effectiveness vs your own level" There are a very few builds in the 37ish range which will beat a hone sudan barb who is built well.

Skilled casters
Nice headstriker paladins

Thats about it really. Occasionally a well built fury wolf, but only if his gear is far superior, or ifthe barb has no skill whatsoever.
