Never ever trade by dropping.

Yesterday this chap came in and accepted my offer to trade lem and thul for Ik armour. When we tried to trade, he complained of a mouse problem and couldn't click. So I promise to give him a thul first and return with a lem for a drop on IK or something. I came back and he told me go to a game with some name. I went and he never came. That was fine, thul was cheap.

I learnt my lesson the hard way today. I was trying to get an IK armour with lem sol dol and io. This chap came in and we attempted to trade and again he choked up some reason that he pressed the trade button and couldn't see my green button which i already pressed on. Then we agreed to drop trade with me dropping 3 runes first, him dropping the armour, i continue with the other 2 runes and run for it. He ran, so did i, he turned back to pick up the armour, and went for the runes, but i did not notcie. lem sol dol and io, cool loss.

I wasn't a very wise guy for 2 days. But they ain't honest either.

So be it learnt here that never drop trade, and when any excuse regarding the trade window malfunction surfaces, waste no time and get him to come clean, or leave.

2nd,....how the f... he run his and yours way back to pick up all or i didnt understand very well how he did? :scratch:

Ok, to be clearer:

We agree in act 2 lut gholein, at the castle. He would be near the balcony at the left wing of the castle, outside the castle. I would be ON the balcony, there was a barrier, sounds like a great plan. So we agree to drop, and then run at the same time, swapping positions to get our stuff. When we did run, I did not notice that he went back in a flash, picked up the armour, and then ran back towards me. All the time I was running straight, but he ran back and forth once, before getting to my runes. Unfortunately I did not notice that he had picked up the armour as he was on the way to my runes.

Yes its not a forum trade. But hey, I was hoping for a cheap cutout. I guess the lure of IK is corrupting to the mind. And I suggested the drop trade. lol.

By the way, how many countress runs would you do before you can get a rank 20 and above rune?

About countess runs,... i did many ,like 60 in a row and have a lot of els, iths,rals at the beginning,, and then zero, nada, nicht, nula,, 0Oo0oo,,,kapish what i mean?

Drops are all chance so you really can't give out a specific number of runs it takes to get a rune. I have done maybe 10-20 countess runs and I have recieved a an um, io, hel, and several other runes. I'm still waiting for that ist to drop. :drool:

Nah, I don't think it really is that cheap, but I was hoping someone hated IK and wanted lem desperately. Lol.

My point of asking the countress runs was that I was hoping for an average guage on when I might get something nice. It is frustrating to see sh** come out nearly all the time.
