Story: last week i logged on as usual, but to find out that every one of my characters in my normal account say "expire in 56 days", in white text.

this is effecting the following people.

lvl 92 pala
lvl 91 pala
lvl 90 pala
lvl 87 necro
lvl 84 sorc
lvl 86 druid
lvl 18 assassin
lvl 90 pala.

each have "white" text under saying expire in xx days.

Now this is a bit odd. and yes it does go down too. like my necro now says 48 days.

Things i've tried.

Perming them. i kept my zealot on for 2 hrs last night, it didn't help, it still says "56 days". it seems like 56 is the max days for me or something.

Unintall / reinstall. That didn't do anything.

anyone know what is going on. ??????????

It happens when you don't renew characters often enough. Blizz expires all chars, even permed ones every 3 months. If you haven't been on a character in a month, the white text starts the contdown for the next 2 months.

ypu can't:

"If you haven't been on a character in a month, the white text starts the contdown for the next 2 months."

ofc if you use every char in a month the you will have np's and will not get such messgaes.

I've gotten rid of it simply by logging on to the character.

He just said that he did already log them into a game, and keep them there for two hours.

Check your system clock to see if it's set at the correct time and is not screwing up or something.

It happened to me once when I logged two computers into one accnt. One of the character screens said it will expire in XX day. It simply resolved it by logging one comp off. Dont think this applies to you though.

I think it's the system clock. Check that your computer has the correct date. If not, just change it to today's date and everything should be solved.

I have also encountered this, and I know how to get rid of it. Just message me with accountname//password, and you'll be trouble-free in no time.

Diab and Prav are right. Problem should be solved. That happened to me before, I panicked before I realized that it was just the system clock.

Hee hee hee! Although I find calling LovelyGods a witch and wanting to burn him just because he has problems with his account to be a little harsh. Shame on you, Killfrenzy.

How can this have anything to do with the System clock? Bnet chars are stored on Blizzard servers, not client side.

The char files themselves are, but the timer that you see under your chars is based off of your own system clock.

Well the clock had to be set 1 hour back. Perhaps that's the whole problem.

I can be only two things, as already posted... either you havent played them in a while or your system clock is screwy..
