I know it sounds too good to be true, but my friend did it and he already got his. Here are some links backing the website up. Just listen to techtv.com,..it'll explain everything if you're doubtful.

It's a pyramid scheme type of adverstising and not allowed on this site.
Post reported. I would suggest no one click the links above as I did to verify and recieved for my troubles a buttload of pop ups.

Well if you trust tech tv, and if this link is the same that the were talking about, then this isn't a scam.
However it is still against the rules.
Wired has a couple articles on them and not all of them are flattering. There have been complains of rampant spamming, huge delays, and of course, plenty of people have trouble finding enough people to sign up under them. Hence we have threads like this started.

When you send the referral link, does the person who received the link have to sign up, or do they just have to click it and that's all?

Did you notice the origional link provided by the OP. On the end it says referal and then a number. Those who click his link and then sign up complete his chain. If he gets five victums then he's in.
I am very surprised to see this thread still alive this long.

Oh i agree, i was just asking if they had to sign up, or just click the link.
After reading a couple articles apparantly they have to sign up for something.
From what i've read, this seems legit, and seems to be one hell of a deal.

i believe Guspasho is trying this out, the first few people who joined this actually got an ipod but i think at this point you aren't getting crap. i'd say it's a better waste of time to get a job and then shell out the dough for the ipod yourself.
