Forge Drop Changes?

I've done some of my new chars hell forges recently, and they are terrible. Lem, Hel, Io, one Lum. From HELL. Did the rune drops get changed, or am I just having bad luck. I've had one good forge and it was an ist a long time ago, so I wouldbt doubt being unlucky..but i gotta check.

Changing them would cause lag, because of the differences that appear between the client and the server. There's no reason to change the drops either.

I would say you are being really unlucky, and that the Helforge drops are still the same.

my old hell forges were UM GUL IST in that order then lately i've gotten IO twice for my last 2. My javazon i think got IO in NM and hell for some reason. I'm hoping my next toons won't have such bad luck.

I always get shafted on forge so don't feel bad.

Last 20 hellforges I got io,hel,shael possibly LUM.
While my buds got nothing but IST,MAL,GUL,LEM,PUL

When i started ladder my first char i had him rushed in NM and hell for my forges, and they rusher got lem or lum on NM, then gul on hell! Then i made a 2nd char and dont recall the NM drop but hell was ist so i was pretty happy.

i hate the forge. i've gotten like 3 ist and a gul from about 30 tries. i almost think that i got a better drop from the nightmare forge than the hell forge.

I know im going to get beaten over the head with this, but ive done the forge with 2 characters in both hell and nightmare. Gul, Ist and Pul, Um. I still have most of them too. I was quite happy. Those are however the best drops from the forge I've ever had though. Before this season the highest I've ever gotten was an Um.

i hate the forge. i've gotten like 3 ist and a gul from about 30 tries. i almost think that i got a better drop from the nightmare forge than the hell forge.

I´d say that is a VERY good outcome.

On each difficulty, 11 different runes can drop, with equal probablility, so the chance is 1/11 to get a specific rune out of those that can drop:
Normal: El to Amn
NM: Sol to Um
Hell: Hel to Gul

my barb just got ist on hell forge last night, so i just think ur havin bad luck. Yesterday i rushed my friend 6 times and the best rune he got was um in nm and hell forges. :(

question about hell hellforge: If you were strong enough, could you join a hell baal game (always tons of people inside these games), get to the hellforge, get hammer, etc, and when 8 people are in the game, smash meph soulstone while everyone is baaling, and get 8 rune drops??

Nope, you only get one rune regardless of how many people are partied even if none of them have actually done the forget quest yet. If this were possible though then there would be games called "Forge Runs".

I swear that I have the most unlucky Hell Forge drops ever. 5 Kos in a row between me and a friend. Yes, ko. Yes, five. Yes, in a row.
