View Full Version : Zealots USWest
I have been out of action since 1.10 came out, i used to be a zealot in useast back in the 1.09 days. Just wondering if there are still some good melee dueling games happening in 1.10 sort of like what palapk used to be like.
Im making a zealot again but on uswest this time, all my east buddies quit dueling :(
Thanx Rob

I can bring my zealot out of retirement on ladder...
well im starting over again, i was hoping that people still had melee duels
looks like nothing will ever be like 1.09
As far as I've seen, there are lots of zealots dueling on west.
Be it "zeal pk", clan honor, or Temple, there isn't any shortage of people to duel if you like to zeal a lot. :cheesy:
awesome
thanks for that, will def check it out

well, I have to disagree with you mfk.
The main reason I retired my zealer is that in approx one out of 10000 pubbie games there will be a zealer. They just have no chance against most of the cookie cutter builds.
And even in a "melee duel" game, I guarantee you that >50% of the duelers will be casters.
There are LOTS of non public zealot duelers. Find some people like Garbad and have them hook you up with others. I duel zealots with my barb all the time. I like it because its kinda like playing chess.. very slow, often mechanical, but heavily based on strategy and preparation.

Interesting comparison, but true in many ways.

I would be happy to introduce you to the melee community. There are tons of barbs, zealots, wolves, and sins who melee duel regularly.

Does this community also do ladder, uswest? If it does, I'm interested.

 D2 is a kiddy game compared to chess, MvM in d2 is even more mindless.

As a state champion in chess in my younger days, I disagree.

As the reigning world champion of melee dueling I disagree. j/k
state champion of kiddy chess isn't a big deal either espeically if your the champion of MS. don't get me wrong I've only played chess a couple of times.

Go look up on the internet where mississippi ranks in rhodes scholars, national merit scholars, and any other test you can think of. Also look up patents per capita and millionaries per capita.
Your ignorance will fade quickly.
