Dude you hit the jackpot... This is the most expensive charm around i guess. I found a similar one only with "just" 34 life.. this got me:
shako, tals amu, arachnid, full trangs, skullders and some more stuff i cant remember.. just for that char.. since yours is better expect more :) gl with it

45 life is max on a gc, just so u know,..... i would check it again.
But indeed combatskillers with life are the most expensive ones since 1.10
