Just wanted to add Belts to the non socketables

Well, if we are adding non-socketables here:
- throwing weapons
- charms (a 3 socketed skiller would be a nice thing :-))

We could go on for quite a while with what can't be socketed (keys, tomes, scrolls, horadric cube, arrows, bolts, gold, etc.), so I'll try to summarize it as simple as possible.

The following are the only items that can be socketed:
* Weapons
* Body armor
* Shields
* Helms, including circlet-type headgear
With these two exceptions:
* Throwing weapons cannot be socketed
* Anything already having one or more sockets can never be given additional sockets
