Is this circlet better than a Shako??

I gambled this desent circlet last night and was wondering if it would be better 4 a lightening sorcer than a shako or not?? Was thinking about making a lightening sorcer just 4 fun because I heard they can really rock if made right and one came in a PvP game a while back and just about owned everyone, I was impressed!!!

Circlet:
+2 sorcer lightening skills
30% faster run walk
20% faster cast rate
+19 strength

Just thought any ideas would be helpfull and was wondering if I should just use a shako if I do this build??

Shako: +2 all skills
50% mf
*2 all atributes
Dmg reduction 10%
is that all cant really rember,
anyways big differnce stick with the shako!

it depends on what kind of build you want - I would use that for the fire sorc I plan on making personally, the 30 rw and 20 fcr is nice, not to mention the plus to skills and the st.....well it's just a nice circlet

especially if you want to build something like a sorc with 200 fcr, you have to have a 20 fcr helm

Well he could always use the circlet, socket it with a perf. facet and keep Shako as secondary, and use it for FCR and R/w speed.

thatd be a damn nice circlet if it had some life or resists... I agree with mooker, if it were mine id prolly end up switching between it, and a facet shako.

I actually have a lightning sorc w/ crappy griffs w/ a light facet, but I'd use shako over that circlet. Fcr is nice, but frw doesn't really matter much w/ sorcs because of tele, and there are circlets that gives 2 sorc or 3 lightning skills. Good find though I'd keep it and sell it for like a rune to those dumb rich ppl who thinks every yellow circlet with skills and fcr is GODLY. :howdy:
