From a different post about those crafty vultures:
"Any other beasties become untargetable at any point?"
I always wondered why Blizzard never fixed the bug with Tainted type monsters. They become untargetable when they spit their lightning balls. Is there actually a valid reason for that being the case(?), because it's happened for as long as I can remember. I seem to recall noticing the same phenomenon with another type of monster, but I can't remember which one, as I haven't seriously played in quite a while.
Another thing I'm surprised hasn't been fixed is the Fallen Shamans' fireballs. Again, for as long as I can remember, they've been bugged. The graphic for the fireball lags the actual missile. On numerous occasions, I've been hit (taken damage) before dodging the animation, seeing the fireball fly past without hitting anything. I'm almost positive that I've had the opposite happen, where I jump in the way of the fireball, get hit by the animation, yet take no damage. However, I normally try to stay away from them :scared: and haven't done any formal testing.
Do other people notice these things as well, or is my game messed up? I've never seen any mention of these bugs anywhere else. Small, yet annoying all the same. :grrr:
