i'm a level 75 necro and he rips through my skeles in seconds.

"in seconds" sounds bad.

Did you try revives with crushing blow?
Urder -> River of Flame
Maulers -> Durance of Hate
Blunderbores -> Palace
Thorned hulks -> Kurast and other A3 areas

Also, don't forget to decrep/gumby him.

Use mages to shut of his healing (poison mages get insane duration); use skellies to finish off his last pixel or two, after the crushing blow revives are done with him...

thanks for the tips but I'm only in act 1. I was using decrip I'll try to rase some mages and give it another go. My merc isn't much help he dies pretty much straight away and i cant afford to raise him again if he dies 1 more time :)

Nope that didn't work. He just laughed at me while destroying my army and merc. My Merc has over 50% crushing blow but dies before he even hits him I think.

Still hoping someone is willing to lend a hand *cough* kill him for me *cough*.
