Can this bow compare with a wf?

Not a chance imo, wf >> your bow.

You could compare your bow to an uWWS, but the mods on the uWWS far outweigh the extra damage on your rare bow.

A elite bow (rare, cruel of xx or runeword) with -10 speed and 2XX% ED is viable for pvp with good charms. Although the dmg isn't as great as WF, 7 frames is very nasty. CTA or HOJ mat bows are both options with the right gear.

Yeah, i have a 423 ED Great bow with amp, and that 7 frame shot outdoes almost all wf zons I've encountered. My only problem is no damage reduce....

But i still think im gonna use it as a pvp bow... i forgot to tell u the lev req is 55.. So next question is it a good bow for mid lev PvP?

go for a goldstrike thats probably is the only bow that is good for mid level deal or just go for the good old unique amazon class bow (dont remember the name of that bow its also a very good choice on mid lvl).
