Tragedy of a guy with chicken hack :(

Oh well i think i share this story with you guys.

Since i found a Black bock sharp (that funny knife for Daggermancer's) , i decided to make a poison necro.

So i lvl him to NM act 2 , and i'm in the game with another sorceres and an Assasin . Anyways we finish Duriel , and after some talking the Assasin tells me he's got chicken hack . I believe when he gets to low on health the programm disconnects him .

So he ask's me if i could rush him through NM , and he would do the same for me with . So i respond that i dont rush (i enjoy doing the quest's in order).

Oh well this fellow doesnt stop and asked me what i want for the rush (forge .. items .. )
Since i dont trade , and only give items away wich i dont need , i tell him " i want 1 million gold for the rush , because i'm a gambler . Half upfront half when the rush is finished .
So he comes back and pays me 500 000 gold .:) . Now we get to act 3 Travincal ... Durance lvl 2 wp . Instead of waiting till i get down to lvl 3 , he think's he's SUPERMAN with his chicken hack and follows me .

Before i realize whats happening i see the msg XXX was slayin by some LOrd .

And the moral of the story is .... even with chicken hack , your'e not immortal .

Though I must admit, as soon as I saw "poison necro", I thought this was a pvp story. Oh, and 15 points if he came back with another character and yelled at you for "letting" him die. 100 if he said OMG HAX.

you can gamble uniques?You've always been able to.
Just that in pre-LoD they were ultra common
108 and 109 the odds were astronomical...something like finding 2 zods on 2 consecutive pindle runs
Now the odds are more like those of finding a Lo, it happens, but not to everyone and not too often.

(Note, the listed odds are likely no where near accurate, as I made them up off the top of my head, combined with fact such as "everyone kills lots of monsters, not many people find Lo vs not everyone gambles a lot, not many people gamble maras", but you get the basic idea I hope)
