cubing matriarchal bow

I got some kind of magical matriarchal bow from the pits, so i put it in horadric cube with 3 pgems , and transmute tu reroll stats (hoping to get good dmg).. but btw i repeated this cycle about 10 times and all results was crappy (80% ed was max i could get).. maybe the problem with bow itself? I got it from hell pits

btw found stag bow with +298% ed and +1 max dmg (lol) i could upgrade it twice and get matri bow, but is it worth? (i calculated about 185 max dmg)

if it were me i wouldn't waste the runes upgrading the stag bow, the ed is ok but you'd want more/better mods on a bow if you planned on double upgrading it.

As for rerolling the matri, welcome to the world of cubing. Sometime you get very luck very quickly (i got a P&B skiller +3x life after my 4th cube ever, so that hooked me), and sometimes i cube ~100-150 pgems and get nothing. So the choice is up to you :D

thanks, just another question about cubes. To get best result, charm / item must be from high lvl area.. so hell pits (tc85) , all items is OK for cubing?

For GC's. Hell Baal drops ilvl 99, and these are the only GC's that can get 40-45 life, tho ofc it can get any/every other possible mods aswell, so the odds of 40+ life are very very low. If you just want to roll a +skill GC, then Act3/4 NM is the best place to get them, as they are high enough to get the +skill mod, but not high enough to get all the other mods than you don't want. For sc's, again Baal drops ivl 99 sc's and they can get the immense poison damage, but again they can also get every other mod aswell.

I have no experience cubing items, but i would guess that the ilvl is still a major factor, but what area (and item) level is best depends on the mods you are hoping to roll, and the lvl on those mods.

Why not use the 3 flawless gems + magic weapon formula? That way you get 1 or 2 sockets with it aswell.

Man, thanks for this golden info, I saved up tons of perfect gems :D 3 flawless + matri you get 1-4 magical mods + 1-2 sockets.. cool

Not to mention flawless gems drop like candy all over the place. You triple the amount of cubings you can do with what drops in the game.

maybe the pgem charm formula gives better mods? i dont think they would have it so u can get mods that are just as good AND sockets for a cheaper price ..

Hey all , to the original poster , I used to P.Gem cube a Mat bow all the time , waited until I got the cruel / evisseration stats , but even then it's a gamble whether or not you get +1 , 2 or 3 to skills so it's pretty tough to get that +3 Cruel combo , anything else is gravy .

I will say that I had , back in my old account , a Cruel / Evisseration +3 bow with 2 sockets and that bow just blew the game away ... soooo fast .... what a devastating weapon . Good luck , it may take a while but it's worth it

1. Is it able to get matriarchal bow from gambling? If so, which dealer should i use for best results?

i dont think you can gamble elites. only normals? maybe wrong but i am pretty sure that is how it goes.

You can gamble elites, but you cannot gamble for Amazon bows.
