Can 3+ Javelin or bow skill gloves be crafted?

Im really interested in crafting gloves that have +3 skills. Im looking for
+3 Bow or Jav
20 IAS
Knock Back
Some type of resist.
Can gloves like these be crafted? Are these the ones that are considred "blood gloves" I just started using Strife on my hybrid zon and I would like to have knockback on gloves instead of on my bow. Ive been using multi shot for as long as I remember so I decided to give this a shot. Im using a weak Lycanders aim, my Strife is lvl 15 with gear. Thanks for the help.

Crafted Gloves cannot have +3 skills because that's a Magic-only mod. Crafted items pull from the same set of mods as Rare items.

Knockback gloves come from a Hitpower recipe, not Blood.

Those gloves don't exist, crafting or otherwise. The only +3Bow or +3PM or +3Jav on gloves are on blue magic gloves.

Crafts and rares can get +2.

Well if you find the 3 perf gem + magic item a craft , then technicly you can craft +3 java/bow/P&M gloves. But they can only get 1 prefix and 1 suffix. So you're bound to something like +3 java / 20% IAS gloves. Or +3 java / 20 dex or so. Can't get any better then that.

"Crafted Items have 3-4 Fixed Properties"

If you're putting 3 Els in your cube, rerolling a charm or upgrading a unique/rare with the cube you're not crafting, but transmuting using a cube recipe.
