Speaking of edible items, I was watching "FEAR FACTOR" last nite, and part of the challenge were to consume, Bull Snout, Cow Spleen n Spinal Cord. Two of the contestants were able to work these delights through their gullets.

That Druid skiller is in the middle area of the skiller spectrum, has some value. Rune wise I think it's around PUL - UM, not positive tho, I would have 2 check.

Lou if Ed does not play I'll do some NM Baal's with you, but I need to reequip my pally some as I sort of robbed him to equip other characters. Fortuitously I have a GA he can wear. If Ed does play it's gonna be pure dee hell for anyone that wants to come along.

On the access to Op. I never even got in to be kicked and only run one comp, sad to say. It's just that every time I tried to join is just gave me the "This channel is restricted" thingy. At any rate pat fixed me up and I can enter with no problem now.

As to the leader thing, I never learned how to work that deal much. :scratch:

I got on for a bit yesterday, didn't do much though.

I was in the trade chan and I was able to get an occy for Louis' Druid GC, later on I saw the same person that traded for that GC, trying to trade it away :jig:

Kar handed me an awesome Pally / Hammerdin ammy but the lvl req'd is either 87 or 89. Out of reach for my current pally, who just lvled to 84. If ne1 else could use this ammy let me know it's a +2 / FCR / Rez...

Well the Ed/Mark show keeps grinding through Hell. Jeff or was it Buddy? :scratch: joined us last night and we took Andy down in fine form. Very intense but, no real close calls inside the Monastery. The little minx even dropped a perfect 50% Ward. Don't laugh but, I've never seen one in the wild. Now I know what those blue shields are that folks use.

Mike (Slint) was going to join us but I guess he got side tracked. Anyhoo I believe we are going into Act 2 right after a little side trip to do Andy again for Jeff's Sorc. Come one, come all!! More is better and also more fun.

Wouldn't it be cool if you could make CE hit a different tone each time a corpse blows. With those nests of fallen you could compose a very nice tune.

Yep Monty Python was marvelous fare.

Lou I won't be doing NM Baal's but, as soon as I log in I will be in the Halls of Pain leveling my merc who is 17 levels behind me. If you want the extra XP we can be in the same game in different places and both level faster.

I desperately need to get him to 70 if at all possible before we start again tonight. he should level quickly then in Act 2. Ideally I would like to get him to 74-75 so I can put the Levi and Bonhew from my other Nec merc on him. That would boost his damage to over 2k w/o might.

I was able to get my necro up to lvl 66 with some help from Mike(slint) So I am now able ot where the marrows and boy that bug is nice. I switch some gear out and lost some resis but gained some nice +skillzz....still need more...and that darn Arm of Leoric is what i need....Mike let me borrow his, so I could see what lvl it would bring me to and I get 12 skelleis doing around 350 damage..... :D thought that was kinda nice

MY COMPUTER WORKS!

All of my chars are gone, HOWEVER, I have a new Lvl 5 Zon. Took her out for a lil' run, but I haven't played in so long, my fingers went numb from playing. Hehehe. Also, at the moment, my comp is on the dining room table (where Kook has been working on it), so it's not the most comfortable place to play. But she said I could play, so I jumped on for a bit. Nobody on my f-list was on, but it probably needs to be updated. I have been off work sick all week, and nothing to do. Going back to work on Friday. Won't be able to play Saturday tho', cos' I am going into the hospital to have a sleep study. Don't know how I'm gonna sleep with wires on my head, & no doggie to keep me warm, but we shall see.

Anyhow, it's good to be back, & I hope to see you all soon (although I don't know if anyone has a low lvl char. & I'm not wearing very stylish gear yet, lol). I will be on Katatonic if anyone is looking for me.

Yes indeed, using +2's atm. Upto lvl 31 BO/Shout/Warcry now, still a little shy of the lvl 41 i had before but gettting there.

Kat I have a vast collection of low/mid lvl stuff as that's about all I find. Have a RavenClaw bow to spare and some low lvl armor with nice resists as well as rings and Ammy's. IIRC you said it was a Zon. I can also pop in to give you an enchant. If it's a Javazon I have some nice rare Jav's you can have also.

More fun in Hell last night. Lou joined us in Act 2 where we slagged Rad with no problems at all. Did the Halls for grins, then Jeff got on and we got him through Act 1. Had to go so not sure how long anyone played after that. We go again tonight for my most hated quest....darn stinkin' Maggot Lair!!

Ran a couple of Hell Baal runs with Dave aka Bonehead, only notable drop on those 2 runs was Aldur's armor, happens 2 be the 1st I've seen this season. Aside from those who actually wear the gear. I'm prob gonna start using my windy druid again... since he is the only char that I have for the most part, that hasn't killed NM CK... who knows. Even though I did rush him through Hell for his forge... last week or so, I don't recall what I got tho... :scratch:

After you left wing....I grabbed my pally and did his hell forge quest.....after runing like mad from Hesphito and finally killing him with a stray hammer.......forge was kind enough to give me an IST :thumbsup:

Well isn't it typical, i've been franticaly looking for BO weapons for the past 5 days, even spending 1 whole hour shopping no stop for em, but could i find em NOoooOooooOO!!!

Then after Wing kindly offer's me two, lo and behold the next 2 NM games i visit Baaling, ole Larzuk had em for sale.

So i won't be needing em after all Wing, but thankyou for thinking of me. Hey maybe we could start something here. Hmm, offer to give me something good, like lets say Tals Armour, maybe then i'll find one the very next game :winner:

Had a good night with MArk and Ed. I hopped in when they were going for ammy in act 2 hell and we moved through to act 3 and stopped for the night. Was able to get my sin another lvl so she is lvl 81 now and the highest I have had this season so far.

so, 1 month back in the home country and still a bum -.- maybe i was meant to live off my dad's riches or something. not as bummed about it as i was two weeks ago, maybe because i'm working part time at my dad's office at the moment. meh, no pay and 3 hrs a day. then again, i get infinite money just by asking him for some :lol:

anyway, just called the phone company yesterday, and filled out some forms today. net connection should be up by early next week. i miss playing d2! hmmm, all the necros i can make! maybe i should name them xey-one, xey-two, etc. see how many it takes me to get (1) lvl 99, and (2) the most perfect gear. kinda rough starting over, but ive soloed enough, im confident with craptacular gear.

Breakpoints are as follows:

50% IAS = 11 FPA
75% IAS = 10 FPA (Max speed)

IMO i would aim for this break point, therefore, i'd IAS jewel his helm and armour if possible leaving is weapon for maybe AMN, ED/MAX (or half decent 2nd mod). I seem to recall you may have already socketed his other gear though, but i still think it would be worth it to resocket and get the very best out of your merc.
I'v just made a "Kingslayer" Highland Sword for my barb merc and the 33% CB + high end damage (550+) makes an awesome weapon. Just need to upgrade from Shaft to Levi for him and he all set.

Another fun night last night With Ed and Lou. Got through the stinkin 2nd Act which I really really loathe. On to Act 3 which I really really like although Durance usually causes me to change my shorts once or twice. Won't be running that until Sunday when Ed gets back.

Lou I would be up for some NM Baal runs. I think My Hammer needs them and I wouldn't mind putting my MF Sorc in there so she can get 2 more levels. I need to run my enchantress (Lvl 35 ATM) if anyone is doing Normals (perhaps Kat) and my BO barb needs leveling (Currently in Act 2 or 3 NM IIRC) I would love to get them to the Hell Forge and hope for once to get a decent rune drop. Also guess it's time to start my Hell Sorc, although I have no end game equipment for her at all. Maybe by the time she gets there I will.

8 hrs more of work then the weekend.

Xey, you only need to start from scratch if you want to. I can give you some things to get off the ground with if you'd like. You're a scrapper, I doubt you'll take me up on it!

After all, the most enjoyable part of the game is being poor and figuring out how to get rich!

Speed over damage any time, you'll do more damage per sec with the faster attack than the jewel (Also more CB attacks), ED/IAS of course would be nice, but any IAS jewel will do until you find/trade/beg/steal an ED/IAS one. At the end of the day, sockets are now no longer perm's so ya can change em as many times as ya like, after all a Hel is only 3 Dols and how many of those do you find??? Gazillions ;)

Pretty sad day tomarrow. Tomarrow is the memorial for my Uncle and Aunts baby. They just found out not to long ago that the baby is missing many organs and has a multitude of things wrong with him/her. The doctor said the baby won't make it through pregancy. Its really devestating. I dont know what I would do if my wife had a baby and I found out that happen.

Anyways on a happier note my football team is now 3-0 in district. Also wing if you still have that pala ammy i'd love to trade you for it.

Heya peebles, Had a blast runnin in wed twc party, just wish I had more time to figure some *bleep* out. Overall it was rough, not really knowing the Assy's 1.10 ciner's, not really knowin the peeps I was runnin with (what builds etc) but I had fun...thank you's to Rat and Nerf for helpin a young assy out with schtuff, catching her up.

I'm looking forward to Act 3 next week....
