Which one is best?

Okay, I'm definitely a newbie with amazons, but I've got a few unique bows for my low level bowazon. I was just wondering which one of these might be the best to use, and what I should be shooting for in the long run?

Fast attack speed
Piercing attack

+28 to attack rating
+1-30 lit damage

+25% lit resist

Skystrike
17-54 damage
very fast attack speed
2% chance to cast lvl 6 meteor on striking
+1 to amazon skill levels
+30% ias
+189% enhanced damage
+100 to attack rating
+1-250 lit damage
+10 to energy

Riphook
25-70 damage
very fast attack speed
+30 % ias
+220% enhanced damage
7% life steal
30% chance of open wounds
slows target 30%
+35 to mana

I guess I'm kind of leaning towards the skystrike for all that lit damage, but I just wanted the opinion of someone who knows what he or she is doing.

Use riphook and get as much openwounds, crushing blow, slow, and deadly as possible.

That bout the most viable build out of those bows.

imo stormstrike is totally worthless, so thats off the list.
Left is Skystrike and Riphook, both pretty good low lvl bows.
If you add skystrikes lit dmg to the phys dmg it would be:
Skystrike dmg: 18 - 304, average: 161 dmg (36 physical dmg)
Riphook dmg: 25 - 70, average: 47.5 dmg
Keep it mind that Riphook is faster. Sky -25 and Rip -40
Over time it will compensate for the dmg.

Id say it depends on your gear. Rip comes with nice life leech, slowes down enemies, 35 mana and OW.
Skystrike is nice if you have lots of ias because meteors will drop down more often --> more dmg.
It also comes with 1 to ama skills, 100 ar and 10 nrg.
I also use skystrike for my low lvl amas mainly because I like to pull down meteors from the sky :D
But look @ ur gear and decide what mods would go best with it :thumbsup:

edit: oh for the long run? I thought you meant for leveling up. Well then like luis said go with Riphook since youll eventually run in to some lit imune monsters and then Sky will be useless...

Most ppl use windforce - huge dmg!
Witchwild String is also a pretty decent bow (with 2 shaels in it).
Then theres also buriza, lycanders, eagle, widows and blood ravens.
Depends on how rich you are. If you can get your hands on a wf I strongly recommend it.

The long-term bow for your amazon will really depend on what skills you're giving her. If you're going for physical damage (Strafe or Multi), you can't beat Windforce. However, you can build a viable Strafe/Multi Zon using that Riphook you already have (although it would help if you cubed the bow with pul/lum/p emerald to up your damage). If you're going for elemental damage (Fire or Cold), you can use a number of different bows such as your Skystrike with its addtional lightning damage or Witchwild String, Wizendraw (Cold), Kuko Shakuku (Fire), Lycanders Aim or Goldstrike.

Most elite/exceptional unique bows and riphook (norm bow i think) will work as long as you have the right gear.
Ex- 100%OW, some CB, massive slow+cold dmg, fast attack with a riphook build will probably work really well. Since most of your damage will be OW, its unresistable too.

Best bows endgame would be:
WF
BOTD Crusader
WWS *upped better
Cruel mats, even wards with enough ias
HoJ mat (great for fire and still good for physical)

Best of the best:
08 wf
rare mat bow with sick mods.

Good:
Lycanders
Goldstrike
WWS
Riphook with right gear
CTA mat

Moderate:
Riphook
Buriza
Kuko Shakuku
Wizendraw

Also take into account what type of damage you will be dealing. Physical damage such as multi/GA/strafe should stick with the list above in choosing a bow. A OW/CB build should revolve around a bow that has these mods or can obtain them (riphook, WWS 2xum), however this build will need to rely on strafe since CB/OW work only on the middle arrows of multi and GA is far to slow to use solely. On the otherhand, a elemental bowazon should rely more on speed and + skills. Bows that can reach 7 frames or 8 frames easier would be the most viable options.

(also I probably left some bows out of my reccomendation list)
