View Full Version : More Cows! I can't get away from the COWS!!

Tried playing a little bit of Runescape lately. It's a totally on-line MMPORG - or whatever the heck all those letters are - Massively Multiplayer something or other. Crappy graphics. Kind of like Diablo sorta kinda maybe. Pretty cool thing is all the different skills you can level.

But anyway, to level your attack or defense or strength, the common way to go about it is to fight (drum roll please) COWS. Go to the cow pasture and wack away at cows. It's not even dangerous in any way shape or form. The cows can do a little damage here or there, but not enough to ever have a risk of killing you (unless you're extremely low level).

Watch out for the cows!

I'll take mine medium rare please :D

My friend has started playing Diablo and the cows are her favorite part. She likes watching me kill them (she isn't big enough on her own yet) she likes petting the tritram cows - she likes the cows in town .... I think she took up the game just for cow level.

i had the same thing happen to me and Mr.Bill in another game. while the beasts were not cows, they looked alot like them and even stood upright. the ironic thing is that you could lvl in them from lvl 60-120 easy :). So every where you go... their they are :)

Yeah I tried Runescape for a while. It was pretty interesting for a free game and all, but ultimately the bad graphics, controls, and a lot of school work made me stop. I must admit though, it was a huge world with a lot of interesting quests and monsters and such.

All the different types of gear, along with the many skills you needed (cooking, mining, fighting) made it a very good game. If they gave you longer stamina and better graphics, I'd consider paying for it.

I play Runescape from time to time, and whenever i start a new char cows is the first place i go to train. They are easy to kill and they drop food so you can just heal yourself. Maybe we could play together sometime. I'll be on Ahx-Seifer
