View Full Version : Frenzy + IAS. I dont get it.

Hi all :howdy:

Im currently trying to plan myself a Frenzy barb but i dont understand how IAS works with Frenzy.

I´ll be using Azurewrath + Lightsabre. Will any additional IAS be needed to reach 5fpa?

with phase blade, depending on your frenzy lvl, you will need 35-40% ias to hit maximum speed when frenzy is at top speed

Ahhh thanks Ash. I thought that calculator calculated Frenzy BP´s wrong.

seemed fine for me, definitely noticed a difference between lightsabre alone and lightsabre + highlords in getting me to the last BP, so I can at the very least, assure you that this is accurate for phase blades

The German calculator has the right breakpoints for all barb skills (at least everything I've thrown at it), but its interface is buggy and values tend to reset to the default. This will often screw up people who are just starting to use the calculator.

Thats what i noticed. Values being reset. But as both you a Ash said i works as long as you make sure the important values isnt reset.

Forgive me another n00b question.

I am also leveling up an Ash-style Frenzy barb. The German calculator suggests that only the "right weapon" WIAS affects my overall speed. Is that correct?

Does that mean my right hand side as I face the screen? Or is it the right hand of the figure staring out at me from the inventory screen (i.e. my own left side)?
