concentration and hammerdin

Excuse this maybe obvious question - but how does concentration boost a hammerdins damage?

Well, I can't tell you why they have it so fana doesn't help it anymore, but I can tell you that it basically enhances the damage of blessed hammers just like it would for any weapon except only HALF of the ed of conc is applied.

but how to have them concentration active while using hammers? - tried setting hammers to left click but ant seem to get it too work

hammers on left click, conc on right, and press Shift to spam hammers, take off shift to move. A little annoying at first, but very quickly becomes second nature.
Have all you aura's on right, and just keep hammers on left.
