Rare Bow worth upgrading?

I found this Bow off of one of eldritchs minions.

Double Bow
57-135 Damage
5% chance to cast Amp Damage
423% ED
155 Attack Rating
6-20 fire damage
1-2 Cold Damage

I was thinking it might make a nice 7 Frame PVP bow or decent Strafe bow since it's a -10 Speed bow, but it lacks the insane dmg of Windforce.
Once it's Upgraded it should hit 200 something damage since the high end base dmg of a great bow is x2 of the double.
The reason I ask is that the runes to upgrade, are worth more than a WF on US East Ladder at this time.

nice bow, pity no IAS, buit a -10 bow doesn't really need to roll IAS, so it's up to you...

Buy a Wf and save "money"
Up the rare and gain originality points, plus the ctc Amp is a joy.

personally i'd up it, but i have a WF or 2 already.

Well, I upgraded it and it has 61-271 damage now. Shooting at just 8 frames (only 15 ias in jewlers so far), I've killed quite a few WF zons. Just need to figure out if it'd be best to just shael it, or find a decent jewel for it, mabye to get it to 300 damage ...

well get your hands on a ed/ias jewel would be nice...or ar would be cool too if thats a problem

I say pretty much any cruel weapon should be upgraded. I found an ETH tomahawk that does 400 damage :clap:

had i saw this post earlier i would've paid ~ist ~ist++ for the bow. i originally was searching for something like it. i currently have a lesser version of a similiar bow (already in great bow version) i shaeled it, and do ok with it in hell. then i stumbled up on a HOJ, and now i am using the HOJ. (i have not even touch the fire arrows group)

yes, i would definetely upgrade it and try to find a ED/IAS jewel. 7 fps is very cool.
