My First Wichyzon. A Few Questions.....

Hi there everyone :howdy: This is my first post as I am new to your forums. I only have two chars on the second ladder season and love to play with lesser known builds. (You'll never find me using a Hammerdin). I am starting a Wichyzon and had a few questions. K first I found a WWS but its ed is only 151. I had a heck of a time even finding this one (USWLadder btw) so is it even worth uping? Second I got some gear questions. My gear as I plan is going to be:
Helm-Tals
Armor-LionHeart
Bow-Uped 2 shaeled WWS
Gloves-LoH [/U] until I make awesome Hit Power gloves
Boots-War Travs[/U]
Rings-Double Ravens[/U]
Ammy-Cats Eye[/U]
Belt- K heres the question. Should I use a Razor Tail....saves me tons of points as I dont have to max pierce and gives damage bonus. OR Nosferatus so I hit the 9/2 breakpoint. Will cost more skill points into pierce though. Also I was considering Verdungos cause if I am right I think it has slows targets? I was only going to put one point into freezing arrow to slow baddies but if I use Razor Tail I could go ahead and max it with the left over skills but then thats my belt for life. So I am tossed upon Razor Tail and maxing Freezing arrow or a different belt but maxing Pierce. Will I have trouble with PI's and need Frozen Arrow maxed or will I be ok? Btw any gear substitutions you think I should make are welcomed.Thanks.

I'm a huge Razortail supporter. 100% Pierce is so sweet when you herd the monsters right. If I were you I would socket 15%IAS jewel to your Tal's mask to achieve 9/2.

i also am a great fan of the Razortail belt, as Liessa says 100% pierce is such a difference to say the ~70% you'd have without the belt.

Also you will have no problems with PI's as the WWS has both ctc Amp, which may remove the PI, and it also has inbuilt and free slvl 20 MA which most certainly will kill any PI's you meet. So with this Maxing FA isn't really needed.

As for other gear suggestions, again i agree with Liessa in that you need another IAS jewel somewhere, and with your setup it has to be the in the Tals.

also try to stay with the LoH as much as possible. You've got ias, fire res and a very nice ed to demons on them and it would take some pretty godly gloves to beat them.

My gear setup is almost the same as yours except the for the helm and one of your rings.

I use Andy's visage with a 15ias/+7mana in it and a manald heal on one finger for ML since I don't get it from the Tals. Or if I just want kill power I use double ravens and drink a lot of blues.

BTW I can't say enough good stuff about Andy's visage with the 15ias in it. I love it. Plus, with resists from the bow, lionheart and fire res. from LoH the penalty mod on it doesn't hurt me too bad. Just my 2 cents...

Shael in a helmet gives FHR. So you have to use the jewel. I recently got an Andy's so I will use the Tals until the steep lvl requirement of lvl 85 for Andys. Thanks for all the help guys. What about my WWS though? Its only 151 ed so is it worth upgrading or should I try and find a better one?
