Hi

I just got a runic talons, +2 skills and +3 LS and larzuk gave me 2 sockets.
I also have a scissors quhab +2 skills and +3 ls and +1 wof with 15 ias jewel so i want to try a claw/claw trapper with WB.

Now if i put in the runic talons (WSM -30) 2x 15ias jewels (with resists), will the 15 ias from the other claw mean that i have max trap laying speed (from the FAQ, i need 42%). Even with 2 shaels, i dont get there (although i could get there with bloodfists but prefer to use fcr gloves).

any thoughts on what i should socket my runic talons?

Your WSM would actually be either -15 or -45, depending on how you equip your claws, not -30(since you're using both a Scissors Quhab and Runic Talon, not just a Runic Talon).

If you equip your Runic Talon on your left-side Inventory slot first and Scissors Quhab on your right-side Inventory slot second, you'll end up with a -15 WSM.

If you equip your Runic Talon on your right-side Inventory slot first and Scissors Quhab on your left-side Inventory slot second, you'll end up with a -45 WSM. This would seem naturally better to the first example, but keep in mind that if you want to keep this WSM, you'll have to re-equip your claws in the order above every time you die, or switch weapons, so this option adds a lot of tedium.

*Left-side Inventory slot is the slot you usually equip your claw in, if you're using a Claw/Shield setup. Right-side Inventory slot is the slot you usually equip your Shield in.

If you go with the -45 WSM, you'll have no trouble reaching the 19% IAS required for 9 frames. If you go for -15 WSM, you're definitely going to have to switch out those FCR gloves and a few other equipment slots(or go with BoS) in order to reach the 75% IAS required for 9 frames.
