Which weapons for kickers?

I am using a kicker with
5 kicks DTalon
20 SM
20 Venom
5 WB
1 all the pther useful assassin skills
many CB items ...
But I cannot figure out which claws I should use for the best speed.
I have
1 Natalya
2 Jade Talon for my current terrible resists
1 Bartuc with Shael
1 bad upped Bartuc
1 Firelizard with 3 MA skills for the fire damage when killing physical immunes ...
I also hope to get this 1337 Chaos Claw in the near future.
So which 2 weapons are needed for the best kicking speed?
What would be a good compromise between speed, resists and skills ?

i do say one bartuc with shael and one jade talon.Just have good enough lvl i BoS so you reach the 7/3/3/3/3 breakpoint!

Is it not possible to get the kicks at 2 instead of 3 ?

PvP or PvM? Also, are you using Burst of Speed or Fade?

Answering both of those will give us a place to start. :D


The fastest kick is 7/3/3/3/3 - the sticky that says 7/2/2/2 is outdated; use the one that says "most recent".

I play PvM.
I also use BoS most of the time, mainly because it lets my sin fly around.
But if I do not need the IAS for the breakpoints, I might start using Fade because of the negative resists...

My kicker use use Bartuc(shael) and jade talon.Bartuc is the fastes claw with a base speed of -30. But if you use BoS, you should reach 7/3/3/3/3 with dual Talons (weapon speed -10).

Pure speed = bartuc
Resistance = jade

If your DTalon is around lvl 30, you dont need more + MA, go for items with +shadow instead.
My SM is lvl 37, and she is a real assskicker

My plan is to get it to level 30, right now I only have 4 kicks.

Level 24 was enough for me; boosting it to level 30 isn't something I would go out of my way to do. My other comment on skills is that Death Sentry is your best friend; especially maxed.

Fade setups: The only way I'd actually use Fade is if I was using two very fast claws. Dual bartucs for example.

The ideal would be Chaos Runic/Greater Talons + Bartucs (the combo I used). You need a total of 50 IAS from equipment to get max speed with two -30 claws. Only one claw gets the IAS applied from it (the primary claw). Same stuff applies to dual Bartucs.

Firelizard's + Bartucs - WSM -25 - Nice combo, fire resists, fire damage, and skills/stats. You'll need 60% IAS to hit the next break with these two.


With Burst of Speed your equipment is much more flexible. I'll list the options, these are in no particular order.

Bartucs + Jade Talon - WSM -20 - You'll need a Level 3 BoS with 15 IAS, or simply level 10 BoS. Nice combo for skills, stats, fhr, and resists.

Dual Jade Talons - WSM -10 - Level 8 BoS with 15 IAS, or level 11 BoS with 10 IAS. This would only be for when you *really* need resistances. Nice skills and FHR to top it off.

Chaos Suwayyah + Jade Talon - WSM -5 - If you get BoS to level 4, then the IAS from Chaos will take care of everything. Very healthy combination of damage and such. It would be a matter of personal preference and economics between this setup and Fade with Chaos Runic and Bartucs.
