EHCL: PC/FT: Some nice Pally Circs + others

Couple of nice circlets found/gambled. Any thoughts on value?
+2 Paladin Skills/20 Fast Run-Walk/37 Fire Res/50 Poison 5 secs/4 Life Regen
+2 Off Auras/All Res 19 (Fire Res 56)/17 Energy/MDR 3
Both of them strike me as better than say Peasant Crown, though short of several of the elite helms.

Also:
3 Socket Barb hat with +3 BO +1 B Cmd, etherial. Worthless or no?

FT/ISO list later, but thought I would get this out for the informed opinions of the esteemed regs here, thanks.

Ost, that 3-soc BO helm is decent .... esp since u can make delirium out of that helm.

Just saw that it's ETHEREAL... it's still a good helm, however - it won't fetch as much as a non-eth.

Lez_Mid: I just posted a FT/ISO list as a seperate thread. Take a look, but be forewarned!: While most items on my list are just sitting there ready for trade, the pally circ you speak of has a potential use for a friends pally, so it won't go for bottom of the barrel prices, but I will keep it real.
