I'd like to build a sin, i'll play single game and won't take any items form others so she'll have to cut her way alone. I posted this just to know if more experienced sin think this build to be able to reach end of game in hell mode without any external help.
Skills:
Shadow tree
20 Claw Mastery (for damage, AR, and critical%)
20 Fade (for damage reduction and resistances)
20 Venom (for phisical immunes and damage boost)
20 Shadow Master (tank and some damage help)
5 Prereq (for reaching other skills  )
Martial Arts
20 Tiger Strike (for great phisical damage boost)
1 Dragon Tail (main charge relaser)
1 Dragon Flight (Sin's teleport)
1 Cobra Strike (High dual leech? Nice!)
2 Prereq (as stated before  )
I will be using Claw/shield and a might merc.
Stats:
150 Str (I'd really like to wear Natalya's armor and set)
120 Dex (max requirement for best claws)
All other point in vit, no point in energy.
I'd really like to hear your opinions. Thank you!

Well, it looks like you're going for the motherload of physical damage, correct?
The neat thing about using kicks for releasing charge-up damage is that the damage modifier of the kick is multiplicative of your charge up damage, rather than additive like most other +/% damage.
So if you yank some points from Fade and your Shadow Master, you could pump up either Dragon Talon or Dragon (explosive fire kick, forgot name), you will be doing MUCH more damage than your build alone, and if you pick the fire kick you add fire damage AND splash damage for groups close to you.
Looks like you'll be dead in the water against physical immunes as well.

if you max dragon tail it adds around 300 % fire dmg

I hope you already have Nat's set, because you're not going to find it untwinked.
You'll want something besides Venom for PIs. A lot of PIs seem to have high Poison Resist.
I'd shave some points from the SM, Fade, and/or CM in order to get DS and BF. They'll help immensely.
If you weren't bent on using Nat's set, I'd highly recommend a different weapon. You could get something more damaging and useful, but more importantly than that, the Mark is going to be sloooooow, even with that 40 IAS. You'll have to stuff everything with Shaels and IAS jewels if you want a decent attack rate--especially with Dtail.

I see two ways you can go with this build:
1. Dtailer - have a look at the guides, but to be effective you'll need to invest in Dtail. Unfortunately pure Dtailers can't do much vs PIs, so you'll have to have an alternative skill to use against them. It'll also limit your choice of boots, which might be a problem untwinked.
2. All claw, with Attack as your finisher. If you go this route, 5 or so points in DS will give some desperately needed crowd control. As for your PI problem, I think a little FoF goes nicely with high dmg claw attacks (does it convert TS damage? IIRC it does). CoT is also possible but that needs heavy investment. Also, Bfury will allow you to keep using your big claw dmg when things get really hairy, so I'd say it's definitely worth a point.
As the previous poster said, Nat's is not very fast. If you don't use the Mark, a WSM -30 claw will make things a lot easier.
pawn, dtalon only adds to the TS damage, DTail is the only one that multiplies it.
