What to do with my fury/javazon?

I've already read over Jek's guide sticked at the top of this board, and I was wondering what you all thought I could do with my javazon. Hell is, needless to say, giving me hell, far too many lightning immunes in act 1 for my liking.

Spear + Jav tree
4 power strike
2 lightning bolt
6 charged strike
18 Lightning strike
20 Lightning Fury

Passive + Magic tree
5 dodge
1 avoid
2 evade
4 penetrate
6 pierce
2 valk

1 magic arrow
2 fire arrow

Dexterity: 139
Vitality: 150

Rare grim helm (with a jewel in it and too many stats to name)

Crafted 9% life leech ring
rare ring with dual leech + resistances and AR

1, +1 jav skiller w/ 4 to dexterity (found this myself, i was quite pleased)
Switch: Zephyr Cerimonial bow (no idea why)

My zon is lvl 74 and i'm stuck for what to do with her in order to get past the lightning immunes in hell. I've tried Jab, with little success. Should I try going to try get strafe, or what? This is a non-ladder character, so upgrading is out of the question.

I've got a uh..lvl 50 something i think, act 2 holy freeze merc.. the hell if i can remember what gear he's got, but it ain't good, I know that much.

The simple solution is leveling your merc up and giving him decent gear to help him kill the LI's. At lvl 50 the best place to level him would be acts3-5 on NM until he is about level 60 or so, then he may be of some use in Hell. But the sooner he is the same level you are the easier things will get for you.

Having a decent Valk would really help aswell, so i'd suggest whacking a few points into valk and seeing if you can get your hands on some P&M pre-buff stuff so you can cast a high level valk asap.
+3 P&M amulets can be gambled
+2 P&M gloves can be shopped - you may even be able to find a +3 pair - not sure tho.
+1 Shield - lidless / sigons / splendor etc.

On a side note, a Might merc would kill the LI's faster, and his aura would increase your Valks damage too. Imo it doesn't really matter what merc you use on a pure L zon, so Might would be my choice to help kill the LI's that little bit faster.

See if you can get a witchwild string for your weapon switch. It fires level 20 magic arrow and can help you out without investing any points.
