war cry barb-faster cast rate breakpoints??

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can tell me the "fast cast rate" breakpoints for a barbarian. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

105% is the best one to aim for as a singer, and it's really easy to get with the 100% from Wizardspikes

I use 2 X hotos (80%) and Arach (20%) and a Barb Caster ammy, which gives me the 105% i need the only problem is... since i dont need any more cast rate what gloves should i use? Frosties?
