My barb,a few questions

hi everyone,i am building a 'off the wall' bvb barb. (meaning he doesnt use cooky cutter equip :uhhuh: )

His gear:

Death cleaver (39%ed jewel)
Arreats face (37%ed jewel)
Angelic ammy
2x angelic ring
Stone Archon plate (20xx def)
38/15 Verdungos
Stormshield (38% ed jewel)
Steelrends
Goreriders

Skills

7 iron skin

He has
37xx life with bo
22k def
18k AR

he defeats 90% of other barbs,except ppl using doom.BUt i still feel like he can be improved alot

Does anyone have any gear suggestions ? (i refuse to use enigma/coh/botd/beast/doom)

And i would like some more life,my inv is filled with ar/damage charms so i dont know where to get it.Anyone has any ideas for that ?

Eh? That looks like the standard BvB cookie set-up to me. DC and BotD are interchangeable, Stone is recommended for bvb, and the rest of the gear is the usual fare. :)

For life, you'd wanted to get x/xx/xx fine vita charms. Those would be the best bet. Otherwise you're kinda stuck. The 5-6k+ life barbs have tweaked stats hugely with enigma and low str get get as much life as possible. 3700 isn't a bad total for high str and no life charms :)

yea I would have to agree with Hal that looks like a pretty cookie cutter WW barb to me man. what do you think makes it not cookie cutter?

When you use a fools mod rare weapon with a ton of ar or fury/kingslayer runeword & rely on ow for the kill, thats when you become a non-cookie cutter...its just the weapon, the remaining ww bvb gear is standard issue like arreats, angelics, gores, a high defense armor,the skill/stat setup is the same as well.Its better not to deviate from any of that.

Its just the killing tech that changes,you rely on accuracy/ow rather than raw damage of the cookie cutter botd/cleaver builds.
