Frenzy Weapon stuff

hey
im in the process of making a frenzy barb, and had a few ideas. Is crushing blow useful to a frenzy barb? Ive seen it mentioned all the time for zealots, but not at all for frenzy barbs (tho they dont come up as often). i know schaffers and stormlash at liked for the ctc static, but in hell that can only get u to 50% iirc. my main reason would be running the frenzy barb on meph (as my sorcs are too weak, and cant get a hang of the moat trick). i figure a barb is good for the leap over the moat, isolating him from the council, who would follow another character who ran thru them.
anwy, my main question is, would crushing blow weapons/items be good on a frenzyer, or should i stick with the static theme that seems so popular. could i use say, two stone crushers, to get 80% cb, then gores for the other 20 i need to get 100%? or would they b too slow, even shaeled?
any suggestions on other good weapons and feedback on my questions would be great. thx

You kind of want a fast weapon for frenzy. Also crushing blow does work. Also so does % to cast spell on strikeing. Good spells are life tap, static feild, and some others.

yes, crushing blow with frenzy is useful, as with zealots because you are striking quickly, but with stone crushers you won't be, so choose something a bit quicker or try a runeword like Kingslayer etc.

well, most of the runewords that have cb are well out of my range, so ill have to try something else. ill just keep looking. i can use the black runeword until i find sumthing better. thx for u help

You'd probably be better off to just choose the best weapons you can and try to get a decent amount of crushing blow from other gear. most of the gear is not overly, crazy expensive. A list of all sources of crushing blow is below. Note: The %'s of crushing blow on weapons won't add together. However, weapons add together with other equiptment. Meaning if you're swinging with 2 Rixot's Keen Short Sword's it dosen't mean you have 50% crushing blow, you will have 25% on each hit, however, if you're wearing a rattlecage then you'll have 50% on each hit.
