Hey, I'm just starting a new assassin and could use some help. I'm a noob, so how can I make a viable assassin without having the most expensive items? My account is on uswest and my chars are nonladder, if anyone wants to help my account is *kaile

You can make elemental martial arts, trapper, and kick (Talon) builds without twinking your characters (if you have the patience). Which one you go with should probably depend on your playing style.

I am not going untwinked, but so far I haven't been able to get anything. My friend has let me use his mf hammerdin but still nothing worthwhile to trade or use. I'm nonladder on USWest and my account is Kaile if you ever want to msg me or play or something.

Well making a kicker non ladder can be a pain with getting decent boots, upped Goreriders aren't really available or Shadowdancers. So you'd have to settle for Marrowwalks or rare mirrored boots i suppose.

I'd suggest a trapper since they are a pretty easy build and you should be able to mf with it so you can leave your friends paladin alone.

Yeah... boots are kinda hard to get for kickers. I keep forgetting that not everyone came from Ladder 1 with 3 pairs of up'd gores. :D

Well it's not really a problem if you only play ladder ... i don't think there even is a non ladder hc community on europe. Anyways it might be wise to setup a ladder account and get some upped gores, upped vipers, upped ribcrackers maybe and some other ladder only stuff even azurewrath does have some things going for it. When the ladder resets it might give you some wealth.
Personally i made classic accounts with a mate so we can forge rush a lot quicker.

I got one with 30 frw%, 68%, lightning and psn resist, 7 strength and 14% mf :D

Most of you might pump strength for damage ..on hc i don't have that luxery,
on the other hand that is what all decent kicker boots miss... resistance
