Question about hurricane

I dont understand one thing. How often hurricane deals damage. For example: if my hurricane deals 100-120 damage, is it 100 damage every second, or every 0.1 second or what?

You can see it connect. Its about 1 time a second. Too bad its not every frame...that would be awesome.

The damage is dealt every 20th frame. The game runs at 25 frames/second, so Hurricane applys its damage every 0.8 second. :)

hurra sounds so poweful but seriously in hell sometimes it feels like its just there for looks (n it makes the most annoying sound)

If I don't hear it, I feel an overpowering need to hit my hurricane hotkey and right click. Think I play windy too much?

Hurricane isn't there to do huge damage. It is there to aid tornado, your main damage dealer. It handles phys immunes fairly well, but for anything else tornado is Much faster.
