I played about a year ago, and quit. Now I want to just duel again, and play the new stuff. Can anyone post a link to the best bvb pvp guide (items... skills.. ect ect) Thank you!

etheral Botd zerker is pretty much your only option unless by some miracle you can find a better rare one or you can go with a fury weapon for open wounds build.
