What's max block for c/c assasin ???

I've seen on all the guides say to shoot for 60% weapon block for a c/c assasin. Is this because this skill is capped at 60%. Or can you actually get up to 75% like with a shield?

You can't get anywhere near 75% block with WB. Some numbers, with first number being hard pts into WB and the second being skill adders:

20 + 5 = 59%
15 + 5 = 58%
10 + 5 = 55%
5 + 5 = 50%
1 + 5 = 44%

I consider 16 the "sweet spot," and aim for that after + skills. After 16 the next 3 slvls yields a 1% increase, and it only gets slower from there.

Yeah, 16 is a good slvl to shoot for, your benefits rapidly degenerate after that.
