Ok i didnt find a guide on this but i think i know the skill points for it put not the gear to wear. So i was wondering if you could list the best gear for the guide here are the skill points i think u need.
2-3 warmth
20ES
20 Telekinses
20FO
20 Ice Bolt
1 to Teleport
5 points into cold mastery
and i think 8 Grand charms
is this right?

I get the ES thing im just wondering about the cold skills ice bolt and Orber for a fo/es buid? right and i was wondering should i use shako or nightwing and all that junk. and instead of vipir magi should i use COH. and what grand charms should i get lighting or cold

Response might be a bit slower here, so some patience please ;)
Skills apart from ES and TK
20 Frozen Orb
20 Cold Mastery
The rest goes into Icebolt.
Optimized gear that adds +xx% cold damage like NIghtwings would be adviseable.
If you can afford a CoH then go for it, unless you need the extra FCR from Viper, but with FO you would not need that, since its a timered spell.

CoH might well be the single worst armor option for an ES sorc...completely useless are: resist all, 8% PDR, damage to demons and undead, life leech. The rest has some use. Lacking: PDR and MDR. The best choice for ES sorc is Gladiator's Bane (see guide).
Nightwing could be an option, provided you already have 25+ PDR and MDR.
