i cant seem to figure out how i can play normal again. im in nightmare but i wanna try some normal baal runs cause i need better items, atleast good items.

Arr.. I suppose ye be meanin' that ye want to see normal games on the join game list. Well since ye sent that scallywag Baal down t' Davy Jones locker ye can't. Ye'll have to either make the Baal games yerself or use a char still in normal difficulty to scout out a game and join it with yer NM character.

i was just wondering cause i did see level 70+ help use through normal. i thought maybe there was some trick.

It's probably because the Level 70+ character knew of that specific baal game. It's not uncommon for gamers to join open games with names like Baal001 or something... But like Shouston said, have your normal character check which games are Baal games (since only Normal characters can see Normal games) and then rejoin with your NM character to play them.

Really? Hm. That probably explains why I've not been able to join nightmare baal runs. Just seems to all be hell games about now. I miss my baal runs. :( oh well. Guess i'll just have to lvl another of my characters upto nightmare level and then just leave it there ... Hmm. Seems like a waste of a character though. Odd how b.net do things like that just to be weird and annoy us folks huh?

If you're playing Normal, you can only join Normal games - you can't see or access NM or Hell games (AFAIK). You will only see Normal games in your Join list.

If you're playing NM, you can join NM and Normal games - you can't see Normal or Hell games but you can still join a Normal game if you know the game's name/pw. You will only see NM games in your Join list.

If you're playing Hell, you can join all games - you can't see Normal or NM games but you can still join a Normal or NM game if you know the game's name/pw. You will only see Hell games in your Join list.
